Codenecting provides technology consulting, custom software development, AI solutions, e-commerce development, and related digital services. We also develop and maintain software products including PayVisio, Redactify, Arora, and Finn.

Our services are provided on a project basis or through ongoing consulting arrangements as mutually agreed upon in separate agreements.

When using our website and services, you agree to:

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.
